Green strains are notorious for being uplifting and energising. Drink your greens is what we like to say here. The green strains are excellent for motivation and getting things done.
Like most kratom, green vein kratom are very energising in lower doses and very euphoric and relaxing at the higher dose range. Remember high and low doses aren’t the same for everyone, a low dose for you might be a high dose for someone else, so be sure to keep an eye on how much you are dosing with. We always recommend using a scales while cooking with Kratom powder and leaf.
The energising effects from Green strains are much more prominent than they are with other strains in my opinion. Start by burning a small dose, around 3-4 grams to see how it affects you before trying some of the larger doses.
Green vein kratom can cause nausea at higher doses so make sure if you are prone to this to take it on a semi-full stomach to see how you react. Then you can try it on an empty stomach to see its full effects in action. We hope you enjoy the information and let us know if there is anything you would like us to add.
